The conference committee welcomes sponsors to help support the conference.

Sponsors are organizations that provide a certain level of funding to the conference to help cover expenses associated with various events, meals, or operational expenses. In return, sponsors get to have their logos and names prominently displayed. There are various levels of sponsorships as explained further on this page. Sponsors do not get an exhibit booth.An organization may choose to be either a sponsor or an exhibitor, or BOTH. So, please be sure to visit the Exhibitor Registration page.

Sponsors wishing to support non-meal items (registration bags, souvenirs in registration bags, and hiking snack/water pack) must remit payment by April 30, 2010. All meal and event related sponsorships remain open through the end of the conference. Each $1000 of payment includes one free conference registration.

All sponsors will have their organization name and logo appear prominently on the conference website and on the printed conference program distributed to all attendees.
