Exhibitors are organizations that wish to showcase their products or services during the conference. Each exhibitor will be provided a 8 ft x 10 ft table, power, and wireless internet connectivity. A separate spacious hall has been reserved at the conference hotel to accommodate up to 12 exhibitors. In addition to Exhibit Booths set up around the perimeter of the room, the hall will have round tables and chairs in the middle of the room where conference attendees will sit down during breaks and meals. Thus, exhibitors are guaranteed maximum exposure and networking opportunities.
An organization may choose to be either a sponsor or an exhibitor, or BOTH. So, please be sure to visit the Sponsorship page.
The cost for an Exhibit Space is $500 per table for all three days of the conference. Any special requests with regard to power, internet connectivity, equipment, and furniture/space will be accommodated to the extent possible at an extra fee as per the standard rates charged by the hotel. As soon as payment is received from your organization, a member of the local organizing committee will contact you to discuss your exhibit and associated arrangements. The deadline for receiving Exhibitor Registrations is April 20, 2010. Any exhibitors registering after this date will be accommodated if space is available.
Exhibitors will be asked to set up on Sunday, May 9, 2010 anytime after 5 PM. The room will also open at 6 AM on Monday, May 10, 2010 if exhibitors would like to set up early on Monday morning. The Exhibit space will remain open through Wednesday, May 12, 2010 at 12 Noon. Exhibitors will be asked to wrap up their displays at that time.
