The 3rd International Conference on Innovations in Travel Modeling (ITM2010) will be held at the Tempe Mission Palms Hotel and Conference Center. The Tempe Mission Palms is conveniently located in Downtown Tempe next to the famous Mill Avenue District and the Tempe Campus of the Arizona State University. The hotel is only about 15 minutes from the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and is centrally located in the Greater Phoenix region of Arizona.
The specially negotiated hotel conference rate is $119 + tax per night single or double occupancy. This rate includes complimentary airport transportation, free self or valet parking, free internet connection in the guestroom, free local calls, free incoming faxes, and complimentary access to the fitness center, tennis court, and hotel pool. The hotel will honor this room rate for three days prior to and after the conference dates so that attendees who wish to spend a few extra days in the region may do so while enjoying the same great conference room rate.

It is absolutely critical that all reservations be made using this online survey/form specifically set up for this conference. This is being done to ensure that room reservations and occupancy are properly credited to the conference account. Please DO NOT make your hotel room reservations directly with the hotel in any way. The conference organizers will coordinate and guarantee all room reservations with the hotel for all conference attendees.

The Tempe Mission Palms Hotel and Conference Center is conveniently located on the light rail line that connects Downtown Phoenix with Tempe. Please click here for a map of the light rail line, station locations, and attractions. The hotel is a short walk from Station 21 Mill Avenue/Third Street. Trains run every 10 minutes.

All breaks and continental breakfasts will be served at the East Break Station, while the lunch buffet will be set up in the area between the Mission Grille Restaurant and the Cloister Dining Room. Eating areas are set up in the Cloister Dining Room, the Exhibit Hall (Palm Room D), and the Courtyard. The Welcome Reception will be held in the Courtyard. Conference registration will be in the Foyer area outside the Palm Rooms.
